2026 Summer All Stars

Get ready for an unforgettable summer of softball! We're excited to kick off the BGSLL Summer All-Stars season, offering a competitive and fun opportunity for 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14/16U players to represent our league.

Pre-Tryout Workout (Optional but Encouraged!)

Friday, May 15th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We are offering a pre-tryout workout to help players prepare for evaluations. This is a great opportunity to get reps in, work with coaches, and feel more comfortable ahead of tryouts. It is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Players should come ready to participate in drills and light instruction.

Tryout Information

Players must register prior to tryouts in order to be eligible.

Primary Tryout Date: Sunday, May 17th | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

All players are expected to attend this main evaluation day.

Alternate Tryout Date: Tuesday, May 19th | 7:15 PM – 9:00 PM

This date is ONLY for players who absolutely cannot attend on May 17th due to unavoidable conflicts. Space and field time are strictly limited. It is not a secondary or optional tryout day, and players may be asked to provide a reason for needing the alternate date. Players should not go to both days.

Cost & Eligibility The summer program cost is $250 per player, which covers uniforms, tournament entry fees, and insurance.

➡️ There is no cost to try out. The $250 fee will only be collected if your player is selected for an All-Star team.

Note: To qualify for the official Little League All-Star teams, players must have participated in at least 10 Spring Rec games—this is a strict requirement for official Little League play.

Team Types & Mandatory Availability Please review the key dates for your player's division below. If a player cannot attend these events, we must know before teams are formed. Additional local tournaments may be added.

8U Rec All-Stars

BGSLL Tournament: June 27–28

10U Minor’s Little League All-Stars

LL District 8 Tournament: June 22–25

BGSLL Tournament: June 27–28

LL State Tournament: July 17–20 (if victorious)

12U Major’s Little League All-Stars

BGSLL Tournament: June 27–28

LL District 8 Tournament: June 29–July 2

LL State Tournament (Central Region - Dist 1): July 9–12 (if victorious)

LL Regionals (Whitestown, IN): July 19–24 (if victorious)

LL World Series (Greenville, NC): Aug 2–9 (if victorious)

14/16U Senior’s Little League All-Stars

BGSLL Tournament: June 27–28

LL State Tournament: July 10–13

LL Regionals (Lawrenceburg, KY): July 21–24 (if victorious)

LL World Series (Lower Sussex, DE): Aug 3–9 (if victorious)
